This event takes place in the player's Highest and Second-highest Unlocked Regions. Jobs in the Highest Unlocked Regions reward Screws, while those in Highest Unlocked Regions - 1 reward Cloth.

The player completes jobs from the Highest and Second-Highest Unlocked Regions to get Screws and Cloth respectively. The material can be used to manufacture Factory Material, in order to complete the Captain's contracts in exchange for Plane Coins.
